I could not say enough GOOD things about Dr. Trathen and his medical assistant. What a great team. Dr. Trathen took care of my young daughter's toe, which was infected from ingrown toe nail. He is caring, and compassionate towards the patient and family. My daughter was very scared as this was her first surgery and she is young, but he explained the surgery to her and made her feel at ease before and after. It was so amazing to see such a great team work together. During the surgery the medical assistant knew what he wanted before he even asked for it. That's what you call a great team. The atmosphere in the office is relaxed and happy. Would not go any other place. Amazing doctor.

Called yesterday, spoke to Samantha - lovely and helpful - obtained an appointment today...the next DAY!!! What a nice experience. The staff, as others noted, are delightful. Doc was wonderful, caring, interested, knowledgable, to the point and just a nice guy. He was as anxious as I was for me to be able to do the somewhat strenuous activities I like to do. We reviewed the X-Rays together so I understood exactly what was going on and he made treatment suggestions that made sense and were minimally intrusive, logical and allow me to do what makes me happy....and this experience did just that... I would and will recommend this practice to my family and friends - and to you dear reader!

Dr. Trathen rebuilt my metatarsal Arch and corrected 4 hammer toes on my left foot. Not only was the surgery successful (no problems after 4 years), I had no pain or discomfort immediately after the surgery. (even upon leaving the recovery room). I even had to ask if he actually did the surgery, for I felt no discomfort, other than the basketball bandage on my foot.

Dr. Trathen is amazing! After a trauma with my foot, he tried to save my toe when other doctors would have just amputated. He took such great care of me and everything is fantastic now! HIGHLY recommend him!
